Program/Communications Associate

The Program/Communications Associate will provide support for Community Catalyst programs and communications functions.   

Key responsibilities include:

· Provide administrative and basic program support including correspondence, scheduling, taking minutes at meetings and file maintenance, basic research functions, and providing timely and efficient support to program staff as needed

· Support and maintain the organization’s core communications systems including website, database, internal communications procedures, and media relations.

 

Policy Analyst

The Policy Analyst will be responsible for producing both template and tailored policy reports and fact sheets, documenting advocacy strategies, researching and writing materials on emerging issues and strategies and developing a series of best practice tools for use by partner organizations and for dissemination through Community Catalyst website. In addition, this position will provide some site-specific policy consultation to collaborating organizations.

Key responsibilities include:

· Produce both template and tailored policy reports and fact sheets; document advocacy strategies, research and write materials on emerging issues and strategies and

· Develop a series of best practice tools for use by partner organizations and for dissemination through Community Catalyst website. 

· Research and write analyses, issue briefs, action alerts, fact sheets, articles  and other materials related to priority health policy issues and areas
