What effect do you think the rising cost of
college will have on our community?

It will limit the ability of low-income people to attend. It could affect a whole generation. A lot of jobs require college degrees.

Students are going to have to earn more money. More people will have to drop out.

It will make education a thing for the elite only. I think that’s what it’s intended for. I don’t think there’s any intention of there being fair play.

It’s going to bankrupt the black community. We don’t need college degrees. College is B.S. You kiss butt and go into debt.

A lot of kids won’t go. We are living at a time where the cost of living is going up and people can’t afford it. It’s too bad. We have a lot of bright kids who need the opportunity.
