Information and Marketing Coordinator
HEALTH CARE FOR ALL 

Health Care For All is a leading Massachusetts consumer health care advocacy organization.  We seek an Information and Marketing Coordinator to manage the HCFA web site, produce and supervise HCFA publications, manage the organization databases, oversee external communication, help with marketing research and efforts, and support Annual Fund fundraising activities.

COMPETENCIES 
2+ years of marketing experience

  • In-depth knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, HTML, and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Graphic design experiences required;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to match presentation to level of interest and knowledge of audience;
  • Proven ability to express complex ideas clearly and persuasively;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people;
  • Willingness to take on leadership of projects;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize accordingly;
  • Ability to adapt to shortened deadlines;
  • BA degree or equivalent.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Web site management and responsibility, including overseeing updates in a timely fashion;
  • Web site development, including coordinating and creating auxiliary web sites related to HCFA efforts and coalitions and assisting with redesign of main website as needed;
  • Track and analyze traffic on the website, and produce periodic reports;
  • Take lead on improving usability of website and make updates on an ongoing basis;
  • Lead activities and efforts to incorporate website into all program and public information strategies;
  • Provide graphic design for HCFA collaterals, including layout, formatting, and logo manipulation as needed;
  • Manage and maintain the organization’s primary database and coordinate with other databases when needed;
  • Maintain integrity of data;
  • Manage external organizational communications;
  • Assist in research, design, and execution of marketing campaigns;
  • Generate reports and queries as needed to assist with analysis of donor trends and to generate specific lists for particular event or campaign needs;
  • Chair and direct the Technology Strategy and Planning Committee;
  • Work with staff and board to develop a visual identity and brand for the organization and ensure that all public materials consistently reflect that image;
  • Other duties as assigned
