Neighborhood Health Plan (NHP), a nationally-recognized organization in Boston providing health plans to underserved populations, seeks a strategic human resources leader to round out its executive team.  With a strong track record of success, 30% growth over the past few years, and an evolving organizational structure focusing on an integrated, matrix model of work, NHP is well positioned for significant future growth.  Reporting to the COO, the VP of Human Resources will play a critical and highly involved role on the company’s senior leadership team.  The VP will be an agent of change within the organization, creating and building customer-centered systems and expanding NHP’s human resource capacity to provide the necessary strength and agility for the organization to identify and create opportunities for continued growth.
