PORTFOLIO MANAGER

General Services Administration, a federal agency, is currently recruiting for a Portfolio Manager. GS-1101-14. United States citizenship is required.

Salary range:  $99,347-$129,150
Duty Location: Boston, Mass.

We are searching for a Deputy Director for the Portfolio Management Division. The successful candidate shares fully with the Director the responsibility for the management of GSA's portfolio of owned and leased real property to optimize value through effective client agency mission support and sound asset management.  The incumbent will provide input to, and participate in, development of a long-range national portfolio strategy and annual portfolio business plans.  Additional responsibilities include the development of specific proposals for capital investment in or divestment from portfolio assets including acquisition, modernization, disposal and/or replacement.  Establishment  and evaluation of performance and management criteria, measures, objectives, incentives and targets for individual assets in accordance with national strategic and business objectives will also be required.
